Meet Marca
As the owner of Marca Theresa Ewers, PC, I am committed to providing my clients with comprehensive solutions for their legal needs. My practice includes civil litigation, business transactions, estate planning, entity formation, real estate, and agricultural law.
In addition to my legal training, I have extensive professional experience in policy, public service and production agriculture. My background has provided me with opportunities to excel at relationship building and critical thinking; create innovative solutions to challenges; and develop analytical and technical legal skills, which are beneficial to my clients.
I was raised on a farm in the Texas panhandle where I discovered my passion for reputable service and helping others. I graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in agricultural leadership and development and a minor in philosophy.
I attended South Texas College of Law Houston. At South Texas College of Law, I took advanced estate planning courses, maintained high grades, and was placed on the Dean’s Honor List, graduating Cum Laude. During my tenure at South Texas College of Law, I clerked with the United States Attorney’s Office, City of Houston, and Underwood Law Firm. I gained extensive legal experience in employment, family, municipal, agricultural, contract, water and probate law.
I have over a decade of policy experience and at 26, became one of Texas’ youngest elected officials. I am an experienced leader, advocate and liaison with a passion for service and unwavering dedication to my community.
